Kim Griffin celebrates her 10th year as Canisius softball's head coach in 2024, having led the team to impressive achievements, including a MAAC-leading 13th conference championship and a NCAA appearance in 2022. Her tenure has seen consistent success, with records in league play, individual player accolades, and a strong focus on offensive and defensive stats. Starting as an assistant in 2008, Griffin, a Mercyhurst graduate and Western New York native, has significantly influenced the program's development, contributing to its regional and conference presence in softball while also being active in community service.
