UPDATE!!  Due to the rescheduling of a Canisius Women’s Soccer game, we will need to delay the start of our camp until 12pm. Registration will take place at the field starting at 11:45am. The camp will now run until 6pm. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as I know many of you are traveling a great distance to be here with us!

The camp will take place outdoors on our new turf field and inside of our hitting facility so please be prepared with both cleats and sneakers/turfs. Metal cleats are permitted on the turf. Please eat a good meal before the camp and plan to pack a snack. We’ll take a short 20 minute break mid-way through the day to refuel.

If you’d like to take a tour of campus, we will have a group tour leaving the Koessler Athletic Center/Demske Sports Complex at 10:30am. Please meet near the concession stand and we’ll depart from there. There will be a soccer game going on at the same time so parking may be a little tight.

Entering 8th-12th grade

This camp is designed to give aspiring college softball players an insight into what it is like to train and play at a Division I level. Each camper will be exposed to our top quality athletic facilities and our campus. We will focus on defensive and offensive skills development and evaluation. Areas of focus will be hitting, base running, overhand throwing, and infield and outfield defense. We will also have a pitcher/catcher session during camp. After our skill development and evaluation sessions, each player will participate in live hitting sessions as well.

Our current coaching staff as well and current and past players will be instructing at the camp. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to see some future Griff Softball players in attendance!!

Players should bring all gear, sneakers & cleats, water bottle that can be refilled, & pack a lunch!
