| Jesse played for Canisius where she saw time as a catcher
and 6 other positions there. At Canisius she made First Team All Region,
and led the MAAC in homeruns in 1998. Rosenhahn had played on the Empire
State Team since the age of 15, winning 4 golds, 5 silvers, and 1 bronze. She
also won the Women's Class C National Championship with Faso's Insurance
in 2000, where she was named 1st Team All-American. Jesse had also been
Head Softball Coach at Hilbert College for 3 yrs., and the volunteer pitching
coach at Canisius College, and is still currently an instructor with the
Baseball Academy of WNY, and Softball Director at New Era Park. |

Kim Griffin

Kim Griffin is entering her
third season as an assistant coach at Canisius College. The 2007
graduate of Mercyhurst College also played at Cleveland Hill High
School. At Canisius she works directly with the team's catchers while
also serving as the Blue and Gold's first base coach. In 2008, Griffin
joined the Canisius staff and helped guide the Golden Griffins to a
school-record 39 wins and an NCAA Tournament appearance. Griffin
closed out her collegiate playing career at Mercyhurst having played in
130 career games. As a senior, she hit .264 with three homer and 18
RBIs, while ranking third on the team in on-base percentage (.346),
fourth in runs batted in and fifth in total bases (46). She also
served as on of the Lakers' pitchers, starting 16 games in 2007 where
she posted a 6-8 record with a save and a 3.52 ERA.
A three-time GLIAC All-Academic Team honoree, Griffin was also honored
as a 2006 All-GLIAC Honorable Mention award winner after she hit .322
with six doubles and 22 runs batted in. |
